I think our save the dates are done!! I designed them and we are planning on having them printed on postcards by VistaPrint. We will put our website on the back, and I think I am going to attach little magnets to the back so that people can put them up if they want. But I wanted a few more sets of eyes to look them over before I get them printed and couldn''t think of a better place to look!

Do you ladies see anything that you think should be changed/added??

I do think, though, you should talk to the post office before you attach magnets. My guess is that they would get ripped off by going through the sorting machines so it might be better just to skip them.

Those are very cute! I like them a lot!

As far as the magnets go...I attached small magnets on the back of my STD's and haven't heard from anyone that the STD didnt' have the magnet on the back when they received it. I even got one back the looked like it went through h*ll and back at the post office and all the details were still attached just like they had been when it went out. I honestly think you'll be fine if you decide to attach a magnet.

I'll take a picture of mine with the magnet on the back and post it tomorrow if you would like

Living at the beach I kind of feel like the beach theme gets over-played because I see it all the time and I was worried that the sand save the date would be cheesy. (Our wedding isn''t a beach theme, but that is the beach where DF proposed, and our reception venue is on the beach with floor to ceiling windows))

Kat - I was wondering about that too... I am thinking about getting envelopes to send them if we do the magnets. I know that ups the postage, but if that could help save the magnets I might do it. Or I could just let people use their own magnets if they really want them on the fridge!

Pilsn - I thought about that, and am going to have our website on the back, so I am hoping that will eliminate confusion for most people even if they don''t go to it, the last names are in the url). I am playing with adding the last names, but I want to keep the font for our names larger than the rest so I don''t know how that will work... we''ll see!

Missy - thanks! My family actually moved down here from western MD about 12 years ago b/c we loved it so much! I see our dates are close, how is your planning going??
