Paraiba Chalcedony?

They’re usually dyed, and I’m not sure what to look for, but a lab would be able to tell. Be careful buying any opaque or translucent gem, as they’re often dyed, even turquoise.

They are using the word Paraiba to describe the blue colour. As with many things on eBay you could be buying dyed material or a man made material. The cost of testing your purchase is way more than the actual item so I’d only buy if you’re happy with the price and to assume it’s dyed /man made.
