Now, it looks like the judge that sentenced her is PO''d and has ordered her back to court tomorrow. Paris back to court

And her illness that got her out was a rash.

YAY!! I''m so sick of seeing celebs get the special treatment!!! But there''s hope for us all.

I hope they throw her back in.

I''ll hold my breath till it plays out tomorrow!! But was very curious as to why it was the Sheriff that allowed her to be released on house arrest and not the judge. I hope the judge sends her right back to the slammer. And all she has is a rash?????

A rash? That''s ridiculous. A RASH!!!

I hope the judge extends her sentence.

She is allergic to reality clearly!

I hope that she gets sent back in and for longer this time!

hahahaha!

paris in - paris out, paris in - paris out...repeat

I heard that the bug MRSA was going round the prison and she was afraid to catch it. I wonder why she is above the law.... its just not right. Anyone else would have been made to stay put.

Unless they''re letting everyone out because of that, it doesn''t exempt her either. Wouldn''t EVERYone there be afraid to catch it?

I''m so sick of rich celebrities getting special treatment!

I just heard on the radio that she''s been ordered to go back to jail. The saga continues...

First of all I only want to say that when (god forbid) anything happens, I want her lawyer. (and if I can afford it, her judge!)

Good! I'm tired of seeing celebs get the special treatment! I just saw this on People.com. It totally cracked me up. That picture of her crying and how she reportedly shouted, "It's not right!" in the courtroom.

Back to the slammer, kiddo!

Close up

I loved how she was screaming it''s not fair and called for her mom. Also mouthing "I love you" to her parents. Daddy''s money will probably get her out again.

Paris really botched this up. For god''s sake, it was only TWENTY THREE DAYS! A drop in the bucket of her young life. Maybe I was naive, but I figured she''d do the time, come out, and really work it to her PR advantage. These people live on another planet. Apparently her mother is "paralyzed" by it all. Over 23 days of "hard" jail time? Can these people sound any more spoiled and delusional than before?

Good lord!!!

She was in solitary also - that would be so much better than sharing a cell.

I remember at the MTV awards (red carpet), Paris said she could have gone to a "pay jail" but she said she has already has a bad rep with the public and wanted to do it the right way...... I dunno, if I had the money and the option - I would go to a pay jail.

Obviously that was PR spin. If she wanted to do it the right way, she would have stayed in jail. And didn''t the judge say no option for pay jail? Sounds like she''s lying.

Gotta love FOX. I am in the UK and they have devoted hours to this story!

They are expecting her at a medical facility now.

Times like this makes me miss living in Los Angeles.

I am ECSTATIC over the ruling. Not only does she have to go back, but she now has to go back for the full 45 days instead of 23. Put me in line to KISS THAT JUDGE!

I didn''t know they are making her serve the full 45 days! Good, I hope that teaches her a lesson!

All this makes me think about is that movie with Christian Slater and Kevin Bacon and Alcatraz. Where the character Kevin Bacon played was in jail for stealing BREAD to feed his family when he was a child... and 40 years later he is still in jail. Paris ought to be ashamed of herself.

BEST. DAY. EVER.

If that ridiculous ho-cialite didn''t get re-slammered a.s.a.p ... I feared all new LA riots!

The BEST part of the MSNBC coverage was when the PARTY RENTAL TRUCK showed up with portable heaters & dishware for the "rumored" HOME FROM JAIL PARTY she planned to throw TONIGHT! Cuz that''s what everyone in home confinement suffering from a "severe unnamed medical condition" would do ... ENTERTAIN! Can you IMAGINE the look on the judges face if he got wind of THAT??

Mwhaahahahahahahahahahaha

This is going to be very unpopular, but I do feel sorry for her. Her mother and her aunts completely pissed off the judge (it''s amazing how arrogant they are!) and I seriously wonder if they were the ones who arranged this "party." I don''t think she''s the brightest bulb in the box and I think her family has raised her without any preparation for the real world. She doesn''t have a clue and her family has not given her the support to take responsiblity, it''s kind of a "don''t worry, you''ll never do time, we''ll get a really good lawyer, etc." Not that Paris is pure as the driven snow, but her family is NOT helping the situation. They have not impressed upon her the severity of any of this and just fluffed it away, IMO.

Paris is totally unprepared for this. Not saying she doesn''t deserve every minute of it, but she is not prepared. I would not be in the least surprised if she comes to a bad end in jail.

I think the sentence is fair. Her family and she have snubbed the judicial system and made a mockery of this whole situation. There''s no way they could let her off and keep any shred of credibility, and I applaud the judge for upholding the sentence. Just because she''s rich and famouse is no excuse. There are a lot of other people in jail who are equally unprepared, and my heart goes out to them as well. But they still have to do the time, and if they do, she should, too.
