Photo shop help on a bodice

I''m sorry ladies I need help again. I''m trying to have my dress custom made and have found what I like for a bodice. Only thing is it has this fuzzy flower with three strips of satin ribbon on the side which is killing the vision. When you see it there''s a nice curved neckline with pleats and I love it! So, if anyone can help to edit out the weird fuzzy stuff with the strips of ribbon on the side, I would gladly appreciate it. Unfortunately all I know how to do is crop and that doesn''t help me

I have the picture saved in a Word Doc which was the only way I could save it from online website...wouldn''t let me save it to my computer so I had to copy the pic and paste into Word. I tried to save as jpeg but am having issues so now its just stuck in word. Does someone know how to get around this?

There are a number of ways we can see the picture.
The first is to post the link
The second is to go back to the site, hit the print screen button on the upper right of the keyboard, paste the picture into a paint or photoshop type program and edit out all of the rest of the page
The third is to copy thr picture from word, paste it into a photo/paint program and save it as a jpeg file.

Hi there, I did manage to put it in Paint but the picture was distorted and looked cartoonish. I tried messing with some options but I just made it look worse. I''m working on trying to convert from a doc to a jpeg from this program I downloaded.
