Picked the bridesmaids dresses!

Yesterday my bridesmaids and I went dress shopping and we found the one for them! We're going with the color shown, and I'm still trying to decide on a second color. I was thinking maybe like a gold or champagne color? Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks and let me know what you think!

ETA: the second color would be for the groomsmen to wear. i've only picked the cranberry color for my wedding color so far and i'm still undecided on a second. i realize i didn't make that so clear when i first posted this!

The only thing is, as I started to write you about my thoughts for a second color, I started to wonder whether as beautiful as the color is, if it won''t be competing too much for attention against your dress? Oh, I see, you''re trying to pick a second color as your wedding color? I thought you were trying to do some dresses in one color, some in another...

I think the champagne would be a nice contrast...

yeah, sorry about the confusion. i realized i didn''t explain myself properly. i think champagne would be nice too. i originally thought green, but i don''t think i want green anymore. the wedding is in november, so a lot of fall colors would work too...

I love the color of the dresses you chose! I actually think you could keep the same color for the guys'' vests and/or ties in a pattern with black tuxes and I bet it would look extremely elegant. Just a thought if you don''t want to try to add another color into the mix!

I also think the resources claudinam posted are very useful, as well!

hey harleigh! you know what, i actually didn''t consider that and that''s a pretty good idea. i might just end up doing that. maybe just incorporate a gold or champagne color in the flowers or something?
