Okay, my fiance is picker than I am when it comes to rings!

We went looking this past weekend and he tried on several titanium rings, which is the metal he wants (at least we have that narrowed down!

) Anyway, after looking and trying on several he is leaning towards the one below. It is black and silver titanium and looked really good on him. Hopefully he will make a final decision and I can order it! Of course, at the rate he is going he will change his mind again.

I like that band a lot...hope he doesnt change his mind again! That can be so frustrating...

i think that''s a great ring. my FI wanted titanium too. we bought his ring from titaniumera.com for a wopping $55 (plain, flat titanium) including engraving and shipping. i was really satisfied with their customer service and love the ring. they''re having a big sale now so you might want to check them out. they also have a good return policy and free shipping in case your FI is still indecisive.

I hope he doesn''t change his mind again.

I just had to say that I think it''s really funny that so many men are into titanium. Do you think they like it because it sounds SO MANLY? My FI was really into titanium too, until he couldn''t find a ring that he actually liked. He was into it before even seeing it--- just because it was titanium.

i think part of the titanium attraction is that it''s so light. my FI has never worn jewelry (other than a watch) so the titanium seemed the most comfortable when he tried it on. i think the bigger part, however, might be that the space shuttle is largely made of titanium. this just sounds cool to men. either way i''m just happy he found a ring he really liked and it was really cheap!

The titanium he likes because it''s light (as San Diego Bride stated) and it''s cheaper than platinum. The ring he likes is a little more expensive, I think because of the black titanium, but still waaaaay cheaper than mine!

I want him to have something he really likes because I told him it is to never come off!

Just kidding, but I do want him to wear it most of the time, so we figured for the price and durability, titanium is a good choice.

My husband wanted a titanium ring too. (I think largely because of the space shuttle thing, like San Diego Bride suggested) He also liked that it wouldn''t bend like gold & was stronger & lighter weight than platinum. He has a gold signet ring that isn''t round anymore.

We got his ring from Boone Titanium & were super pleased with the service & product.

The ring you posted is gorgeous, Amantdechat--I hope your FI doesn''t change his mind again!

(Though it is pretty funny--maybe the PS vibes are finally affecting him too!)
