Pics of trillion sliding pendant?

I may be purchasing this cute trillion cut stone and I want it set with the point facing down in a sliding pendant (no bail). But I can't seem to find any pics of such a design...does anyone have something of that description to show?

I wonder if the pendant would flip all the time?
