Picture help!!

Does anyone know why when I try to upload a picture it says there has been an error with my URL and please contact the systems helper?

When that happens to me, I go back and change the name of the file. Sometimes that works. If that doesn't work, I make the picture smaller, rename it and try again. Sometimes that works.

Thanks for the pointer Patty. I got it to work but now the picture is huge which has been an ongoing problem. I posted another picture of my e-ring showing my hand.

Do you know how to make a picture smaller in Photoshop or Photo Studio 5? I pull up the pictures in that and "transform" them, making them smaller.
