my something old and borrowed was this bracelet that my grandma aka matron of honor wore at her own wedding. so special!

we also had luminaries that lined the exit from the tent and went all the way to the house. unfortunately, the cameras simply could not capture how magical they made the garden look

our honeymoon -- aerial shot from the littlest plane ever. quite a trip!

we had an adventure aboard this boat -- it took us an amazing reef that was full of color fish and best of all sea turtles. so gentle.

our cottage was wood and stone and we happened across this little one. surely a sign of happiness for years to come!

Congratulations! Your pictures are amazing, and they make me miss Vermont-my grandfather had a farm in South Reading, which was sold after he passed away, so we don''t get up there anymore. And your honeymoon must have been amazing! Wow!

the BM dresses are made by bari jay and i believe they are style #184. the website is www.barijay.com i got great quotes from netbride, but actually a B&M bridal shop matched that price! it definately would fit perfectly with your 50s theme and they are quite reasonably priced. PSV was amazing! i'll write more later, but if you want somewhere to spend quality time with your new hubby with lots of seclusion and privacy, but also lots to do, i would highly recommend it. i promise i'll elaborate

ellaila: i've stumbled across your castlehill and that venue looks so great. and your right, my grandma being my matron of honor was so special. she's 89 years old and we have an incredible relationship -- we just get each other, like souls -- having her in the wedding meant the world to me.

AmberWaves: rum punch is so tasty! husband and i were trying to think of certain things that we can take home with us from the honeymoon -- like taking more walks in the evenings together, etc. -- but rum punch might just be something else to incorporate
