Depends on the saturation and purity of the pink colour, if it is a natural pink, and how included the I2 is, and so forth. I second the suggestion of an appraiser.

how do i find out the valeu of the pink diamond i purchased for my wife? i was told it was 10,000 but not sure. its a pink I2 1 carat.
Did your stone come with a lab report of any kind - i.e. GIA, EGL, etc.? Was the stone sold to you as a 100% natural stone that was not treated or enhanced? Does your stone have modifying colors in it - i.e. brown, orange, or purple, or is it a pure pink? These are all things that would be helpful to know, but even then, I am not sure anyone would feel comfortable stating a value for something for which there isn''t even a photo posted to see how pink it is.
Definitely take your stone to get it appraised and try to find an appraiser that actually has experience in colored diamonds. If your stone did not come with a lab report from GIA, I would recommend sending it to them so that you can confirm what it is you have as well as all the other specifications that the color is natural, etc. Natural pink diamonds in the 1 carat size with a definite pink color are quite valuable even if the clarity is low (although the clarity definitely can affect the price of a stone).
