Hi everyone, this is my first time posting in the Bride''s section! We are eloping and I want to do something fun with my shoes. I have been looking everywhere for pink shoes to wear with my wedding dress. My dress is below, I think that only light pink will work with the style of the dress, as opposed to hot pink/fuscia. Let me know if you disagree because the only shoes I am finding are bright pink!

The style I am looking for is peeptoe maybe with an ankle strap. I am not too picky about heels, but somewhere around 3-4" would probably be ideal.

Has anyone seen any shoes that would work?

Also I am looking to spend less than $100 (hopefully a lot less) since we are eloping to save money.

Ebay has a lot of cute shoes for cheap! If you''re okay with buying shoes without trying them on, I''d keep an eye on there, too.

Dude those first Guess ones are freakin adorable!!!! Get those, get those!

I like the strappy Nina''s the best.

I love the Bronx ones!!!! So hot!

Freke, you are one talented shoe shopper.

CourtneyLub, I try, and thank you. Unfortunately, BF knows how talented of a shoe shopper I am-he can hardly walk into the closet most of the time because it's always full of shoes.

I keep telling everyone that its an investment and that I'll never have to buy shoes for specific stuff-because I'll already have them. But....I don't really believe that myself.

Hi. My name is Liz and I am a shoe-aholic.

Seriously, it's bad. Not Imelda Marcos bad, but still bad.

For the record, according to wiki: After the Marcos family fled Malacañang Palace, Imelda was found to own 15 mink coats, 508 gowns, 888 handbags[10] and 1060 pairs of shoes.

I think I'm nearing about 100.

Ok, no ankle straps on these but I thought they were cute: Chadwicks shoes.

I had pink shoes and I bought them at David''s and had them dye them pink. They were about $50 and they dyed them for free. I then put a spray protector on the shoes to make sure the dye didn''t run and we were good to go. They have a number of pink shades and you can do any shoe you want.

I just got my shoes--- they are a light blush pink patent leather from AlDo''s they are very light and pretty a color like the bouquet in that pic of your dress. they have all these soft shades right now.

WOWZERS FREKECHILD! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I swear I looked everywhere and couldn't find anything. All of those shoes would work! Now I have a new problem.... picking just one pair!

My favs are the first Guess ones and the Bronx ones, both are adorable!

Hmmm... this is another option. For some reason, I thought it would be much more expensive than that to dye shoes. Was the spray protector inexpensive also? I''ll have to stop by a David''s and see their selection.

Its cool to see other brides going the pink shoe route. My fav color is purple. I was originally considering a light shade of purple, but somehow I can only picture pink shoes!

Thanks everyone for responding, now I have a bunch of gorgeous pairs to choose from!

I''m so glad I posted here!

here is a color sample

oh-- and they also have a very light purple!-- it is a soft color :-) you can tell it is a little purple when you put pink near it-- but i think the purple ones could pass for pink also ;-)

Good luck!

Sorry I''m posting a little late, but I have blush/pale pink 3" shoes for my dress (they''re really pale and might look more bone/ivory in these pics--but the perfect delicate pink I wanted). They''re Via Spiga and were about $200. Here are a couple pictures with my very wrinkled, not-yet-altered gown. I started out my shoe search hoping for something stappy or more delicate, but these seemed so much more chic and since the bottom of my dress is heavy, I decided I needed a more stable shoe. I also wanted a closed heel b/c I didn''t want the back of my dress getting caught b/t my heel and the shoe.

Lol Miraclesrule. I love shoes. LOVE THEM. It''s bad though, I''ve bought 3 pairs of shoes that I found while searching for PSer''s wedding shoes. Oh well! :)

And everyone always makes me feel like a baking know-it-all too, but nevermind that...

Coldwater Creek should have coupon codes too!

I love your dress too. I tried on the same one and really liked it too!

Where are you eloping? Locally?

Enfianced- Thanks for the pics! That is exactly what I am envisioning for my look.
