Very pretty, it might just be the fuzzy picture, but the prongs appear a bit chunky. Otherwise very nice and large prongs should help secure that Sapphire.

unfortunately i have to agree with you that in these photos the prongs appears to be bigger than what I would hope so. I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt as i haven't seen my rings in person...

I'm hoping to see it on Tuesday! I cannot wait. I would take as many photos as possible.

lol Chrono - i think i've been bitten by the gem bugs! I keep looking at gems and diamonds. Is this unhealthy? hehe

But, i definitely learnt something from this experience... it takes time to look for the right stone.. so the next time I do, i definitely want to assess the stones carefully and not rush things

It is more accurate to call it CSSS.
DSS = Diamond shrinkage syndromme
CSSS - Coloured stone shrinkage syndromme
