Please Help Us Rent Out Our Condos

Anyone want to share tips on how to attract renters to our condos?

FI and I have found a house we love (well, I love it and he''s warmed up to it enough to want to put in an offer, so YAY!) The only problem is that we have these two condos that we don''t want to sell, but we don''t want to be stuck with all of these mortgages.

We''ve listed them on craigslist.org, apartment.com, and in the Chicago Reader and on their website. We have pictures up, and we''re asking fair prices. What else should we do?

Is there a regular Chicago paper (like the Times or whatever) that you can list it in? What about hiring a company to rent and manage it for you? A management co may be easier because renters can be a pain in the butt and you won''t have to directly deal with their BS.
