Please help with what's reasonable to offer on a LOGR band, Please?

The regular price is $270 but it is up as a "buy now or best offer". Can anyone give me any input on what they accept as a reasonable best offer?

It can sometimes be a crap shoot. I won''t say never on that one.

Actually, a lot of times he won''t counter offer and he''s gotten a lot more picky about the BIN prices lately

A lot of the bands often go on bidding auctions. I just won a band he has BIN at $400 for $200.
