During our cycling fun the other day we came across this.

At the end of their lovemaking the male turtle got flipped over and couldn't get back on his feet.



So my husband helped him and he went to safety.




The female turtle did not move from the middle of the very busy road.
So after a few minutes my husband put her out of harms way (off the road) into the woods.




One wonders why they chose a busy road to have s*x on but all's well that ends well. LOL

I was fooling around the other morning with my new 500mm lens from Nikon.

This bee was making a landing on this beautiful day lily. Shot from about ten yards away, I did not even see the bee until I went to process the photo.

We had not been to the beach in a while as it was just too hot for my oldest, so today was kind of that perfect day (until it rained that is) Someone decided "hey, I wanna sit in the water" right as I was taking pictures.



They both got in on the action as the rain was rolling in.

It certainly is. I purchased the phone specifically for its camera.
I’ve only just noticed the rainbow in the background of the second photo, I was too focused on the Kookaburra to notice there was one.
He let me hand feed him and pat his chest!

That is stunning! I’d had my 13 for several months before I set it up (had to transfer from Android), two months later they released the 14!

I love my t-shirts. One of my all time favorites has six or seven priests of different religions, such as Mennonites, Amish, etc. The caption was Safe Sects.

I literally wore it until it was too holey to wear.

. Another that I really enjoyed, “dyslectics are teople poo.”

People would stop me in the street to tell me how much they loved the shirt, often adding their (brother/wife/sister/self) was dyslectic.

I am mildly dyslectic and love the play on words.
