@Star gazer I have an upside down squirrel pic too! This is not an albino squirrel but an oriental tree squirrel.
@Eli22 here is a vineyard that I visited recently.

Love vineyards…not just because they produce my favorite juice lol. My dream is to own one someday ::)

Speaking of squirrels- who’s met the naked one in Central Park??

@stracci2000, it was really a sight to see them but also to see so many in one spot. One of my coworkers (last night at this job woot!) said they regularly perch on that house o_O

@Neptune, I spotted three goldfinch, something tells me there are more. They are one of my favorite birds!

Some more photos from our visit to the wildlife park recently;

A couple of the residents letting us get up nice and close

Finn was scared of the Emus but then again it's a 5 foot tall, 150lb bird with big claws so that is probably fair enough

And just where is this beautiful magic place?

I'm up north for 3 days to 'Giant Murray Cod Country' on Sunday with a mate, some absolutely beautiful and picturesque rivers around inland Australia. Our plan is to try and find us one of the 4 foot long, 80lb+ behemoths that attack all manner of living creatures in the rivers there. I will probably end up swimming in the river with one if I catch it :lol:

I'll try and get some good photos for this thread while I'm up there. Hoping to see some kangaroos and other wildlife around the banks early in the day.

I hope your mate is quick with his camera should you go for a ride in the river. Those would be some awesome shots. (A video would be even better.)

I had not guessed Iceland. I ruled out the North Pole and Antarctica, and was pretty sure it was not Patagonia. l thank you for the information.

OMG, I looked at this picture again and was mortified I had not leveled it. I was getting seasick just looking at it. All better now...

I wear a GoPro action camera at all times, either on my head or chest. If I'm going in with the Cod then that will catch the action, however I wouldn't really get pulled in by them. When they hit it's like a super heavyweight boxer; good for a couple hits off the bell but then they just turn into dead weight :lol:

If I go in, it's because it's a genuine 4 foot long, 90lb behemoth that would eat someone's puppy if it were swimming in the wrong place at dawn or dusk. But I will be jumping in with it voluntarily though, for photos and also just to get close up with one in it's own environment instead of in the boat.

This is adorable.
