Please tell me how emerald cut diamonds behave!

The other day it occured to me that I was wearing a gray top when taking a pics! Could this be the reason for these pics!!

Like smudges on a flat mirror are so much more obvious, and disfiguring, than on an intricately cut crystal wine glass, when the multiple sparkles will draw your eye away.

@nala idk if you are still looking but this ring is stunning imho and she has a return policy as far as I know. Over the 9k yes but at 14 with those side stones and a 2ct center to me it still seems a good deal:
