Sorry if this has been answered before, but is there a reason why all blue nile links don't work when clicked on? This is especially annoying on mobile.

In the advanced filters of the diamond search, where you can look at cut grade, GIA stones have the option of 'ideal', and AGS stones do not. Surely you intended the opposite. While I"m at such things, 'negligible', which is AGS's top fluorescence grade, isn't one of the choices.

Any reason why prices would be different between your database and the actual vendor? More specifically, Eternity Diamonds?
 
Ideally there should not be any issues. We will take a look into it. Feel free to contact the vendor and check with them as well.
 
All images are now restored.

OK, thanks. It seems that when viewing images in the Attachments list, I cannot view some of the old pictures full size. Clicking the thumbnail produces an error (PriceScope Forum - Error. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action). Nonetheless, it is apparently possible to insert those images into a post. Here is one such image, that I am embedding here for test purposes:

Also, it looks to me like the restored images are only those that I have embedded to a previous post. Is it correct that any images that were uploaded but that I never linked in a previous post are not actually restored?

I am still unable to access PS via Tapatalk... any idea as to when that will be fixed?
Any updates on Pricescope reintegration with Tapatalk? It's September and I still have no luck accessing PS via the Tapatalk app.

I am very sorry but at this time we are not able to have Tapatalk to access PS due to the incompatibility with the plugin that we use.
 
What happened to the rocky talk button on the top left corner below the word "community" ?

I'm another PSer who doesn't have emojis (I use a desktop iMac and an iPad). I thought maybe using a different browser would do the trick, but it doesn't matter whether I'm in Firefox, Safari, or Google, my Reply box has a "hole" -- outlined in red below -- that I'm thinking would otherwise be the home for the emojis. I'd be grateful for any clarification/assistance you can provide.

Take another look. it should show up. if not are you running any adblock software?
 
I'm trying to post a video from my iPhone, but it says "The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension"... any way to make this work??

Mine show up SOMETIMES on my Mac and almost always on my iPhone, but never on my PC at work...

It is possible that something on your work pc has disabled it. Which browser do you use on your pc at work?

It's definitely possible. I use Explorer and Chrome. What settings can be adjusted to troubleshoot?

Thanks, but it is strange. Two days ago I found a heart diamond (took a screen shot) from B2C and then yesteday the search wasn't working and today the search is working but B2C is hardly showing up. This specific diamond isn't showing up either even though it is still available as of this morning.

Is it glitchy or pulls whatever? They are checking on a price match today for me. (Thanks to the screen shot)

Check to see if javascript is enabled.

It is possible that the diamond may already have been sold or there is still a synch issue with B2c data-feed. We update the diamonds every morning so there is always a chance that it may have been sold.

I will look into to see if if we are in synch with the feed they sent us.

It wasn't sold. They did match the screenshot price and said they couldn't find it either on the PS search. It is now sold though as I bought it =)2

There’s a definite lag in submitting the post and requires me to refresh the page to confirm it’s been posted. After posting, my response still remains in the dialog box, so I have to go back and delete it. Inserting photos is also problematic.

I’m seeing a few double posts here and there, so hopefully it isn’t me!

Yes that has been happening to me this morning too. Thanks for letting me know it isn't my computer (like I originally thought). All my posts keep taking forever to go through...
