oh dear...I shouldn''t have teased you with that title! After catching up and reading some pretty heavy posts, I thought I''d lighten things up and post pics from a recent vacation my BF and I took to Europe! To recap, we spent 3.5 weeks touring France, Portugal and Spain. The last week of our vacation was spent at a friend''s wedding just outside of Barcelona. The entire trip was beautiful and romantic and since we took over 900 pics I thought I''d post the ones with the greatest proposal potential!!! A girl can dream, right???

4) so i skipped a lot of places we went to (normandy, mont st michel, bordeaux) because i didn''t want to post a gazillion pics. here we are on the gondola in the pyrenees. breathtaking views....

6) we are at the castelo st joao in lisbon. it took us all morning to find this place (crazy considering it''s a gigantic CASTLE!) but it was definitely worth it!!! Here''s a pic of me pretending to shoot an arrow out of one of the little windows. please don''t mind how gigantic my feet look (they''re only 5.5!). haha

7) oooh, i''m getting tired here. here''s a pic of the gold coast in lagos, portugal. we spent 2 nights here and did a full-day surfing lesson! absolutely gorgeous!!!!

my absolute favourite city we visited...MADRID. beautiful, cultural, historic, CLEAN, and most importantly, amazing shopping! our hostel was located between a shoe store and a handbag store. how perfect!

12) last one...Park Guell in barcelona. If you are a fan of modern/contemporary art you will love Gaudi AND Barcelona....
