Well, crossword puzzle, anyway.

Today''s USAToday crossword puzzle is totally a marriage proposal. If you solve the puzzle (or make the website do it for you), one of the answers is "will you marry me."

I LOVE it.

No way!!! How cute. I bet the woman does it everyday. Hopefully she didn''t miss this one...

I am interested to see if this really is a proposal or just an answer.

#58 Across says - "Question that pops up" and as best as I could tell there were no names within the puzzle.

If it was a proposal, I hope there will be an article of sorts so we can read about it.

The name may be in another clue. The kneeling and the question are together so maybe the name is around there. Will be interesting to see.

Ohhh, sorry ladies -- I forgot to mention that the proposer is a friend of a friend and is definitely using this puzzle for that end!

Oh well you totally have to update us on what happens then!!!

Oh that is soooooo sweet!! Too bad I play Sudoku LOL

Let us know what happens please... that is so darn cute and I want to hear the happy ending to this story! :)

Okay, so, apparently they do a crossword puzzle together every night. When he was thinking of how to propose, he created this one and then decided he might as well see if someone would publish it. USAToday agreed to print it!
So they did the puzzle together and, happily, she agreed to marry him! (There is a name in there, by the way!) I don''t know the details, although I imagine when they got to The Clue, he got on one knee. I know he had a nice RB halo ring made for her...

The Today Show caught wind of this proposal and invited them to be on this morning, but due to American Airlines nonsense, they were unable to make it.
