Lili--i'll get a pic of Co in his nappies tomorrowTake one of J--we need to see that size 3 tushie lol. and yes, cruises do charge WAY too much for an infant ($600) i have no idea what i am paying for since he does not eat or drink, used the childcare services etc. Crazy. My MIL keeps trying to convice me to leave Cohen with her. Aside from the stupid amount of pumping that would have to take place-probably not even possible--i would not leave him for 2 weeks.
--How goes the sleep battle? How often is J feeding now--can she go through the night yet?
Yup, I think that's their way to discouraging patrons from bringing babies on their ship.
Wouldn't want to have strollers and screaming babies during the formal dinners
Oh, in case you don't know, you can actually have the chef whip up something (mashed vegetables and fruits) for Co at dinner time.
My SIL brought her 9mnth old baby on the cruise and the asst maitre 'd came over to our table and asked if her baby wants something from the kitchen.
They actually created some dishes for her -- first night was just vegetables and then graduated to chicken broth and even meat.
Co should be eating solid by that time? Might as well make them work for their money
As for her sleeping schedule, it's still all the same.
Still waking up twice a night to eat. First stretch is a little longer 5-6 hrs. Second stretch is a little bit shorter.
I'm sure she can probably go through the night without eating, but I hate to deprive her of her nighttime snack especially in this heat.
I don't know, I'm sure she's not like me in that I need to get my sip of water throughout the night else I wake up with a headache.
Speaking of solid...
TGal, Jas12, and MrsS, when will you ladies be introducing solids to your kiddies?
