PSA: liked NM''s crinkled dresses but on a budget?

your friendly PS shopping addict here...saw this while browsing bluefly. this evokes a similar feel as the NM crinkly dresses, but at a much more friendly price. sadly, only in small. but i know a number of people liked those dresses, though i thought i''d post it.
