Ditto! I remember smashing big round rocks against our driveway and finding that some were filled with lovely pink crystals. Who knows what my parents did with them...I would love to dig around their property now!Date: 6/16/2008 11:16:55 AM

Very cool! My parents had huge amethyst geodes when I was growing up, I wondered what happened to them.
So what exactly is the white part? Is it s different crystal or just another form?
And if Wifey got you that several-hundered-carat beast, what did you get her?
