Q about - Daniel K Warranty & Services

(1) If I get a Daniel K ring second hand, will Daniel K still service it (ex: size the setting) to keep it in warranty?

(2) Do all Daniel K rings' center stones come with a GIA certification?
(2a) If yes, can they pull the # for me so I can order a replacement certificate?
(2b) If not, will they send it to GIA for me to get it certified for me?

Yes, I asked there prior to posting here and haven't gotten a response. Before I bother someone by calling DK, I was hoping to see if anyone here had any experience.
