Question about the halmark inside of my ring

I purchased a platinum and channel diamond band off of eBay earlier this year and have a question about it's halmark. It is labeled PLAT, so I know it's a platinum ring. It also has a mark inside that looks like 2 ovals circling around with the letters "PS" in the middle. Does anyone know what it means or who made the ring? I am just curious as I bought the ring second hand. It is a hefty piece and appears to be well made. Thanks!!
