Question about vendor Stunning Gem Stones

Just curious if anyone has dealt with them in the past and if their experience was positive. I received an email back asking about their rubies that they were not color-enhanced or heat treated, but the prices are well below what I have been finding elsewhere (however they are located in China and have their own mine, so this could be why the prices are low.)
