Yes, as was said above.

For a little futher detail, the AGS cut grade is made up of three factors, Light Performance, Proportion Factors, and Finish (symmetry and polish).
There are actually a total of eleven catagories that are graded if memory serves me correctly and for the diamond to receive the coveted AGS 0 (Ideal) cut grade they must all be a 0 (Ideal) grade. The grading is done so that the lowest grade in any factor sets the highest possible grade, so for example if a diamond has AGS 0 in all factors but one and that factor is a 2, the the highest grade that daimond can receive from AGS is a cut grade of 2.
