@JPie, DH did oil the chair but it started squeaking again so I'm going to have him oil it more thoroughly and see if it works.

If not, oh well because I love my chair lol!

Sweet Oliver is looking a bit better. Sweet but oh not so innocent...

Look at those paws. He is going to be a big baby. Long and lean we think.

Tibby Tabby tom cat is in the dog box tonight
the other half sniffed out cat spray under his chair
so Tibby had to dine on the porch and not watch Magnum PI tonight
but he has a warm dry bed and some cat lollies in his bed and extra cat biscuits for midnight snacking at both the front and back door
as soon as i get a job he'll be off to the vet and then he can sleep inside if he wants to:whistle:

I love those big mitts!

Oliver isn't the only one with big paws in our family. His brother Bobby has some big paws too as well as their momma (:P2).

We knew he was going to be big from his huge paws when we adopted him as a baby. He is now 16 lbs and counting...

Amerigo was adopted this week! Here is a photo that shows what he started as:

My darling Pippa says hello to PS! She enjoys her heart shaped tag on her collar as her jewelry.

Saw the vet today. it turns out Oliver is actually Olive! Yes, that will be her name. We already call her Ollie most if the time, anyway. Vet says shes 4-5 months old, and other than an ear infection, she looks good. 20190906_154416.jpg20190905_193407.jpg

i am not airing my dirty laundry in public
this pile is all clean dry washing
i was in a rush to get it in as it was just starting to rain as i was cooking tea (dinner is often called tea in NZ) so it's not folded
anyway anyway
there is a kittie in their who has put her self to bed
i just watched her wiggle her way in betweem the fluffy sheets and the towels
she is sooooooooo cute
if she is cold its because she stayed outside playing too late tonight when it was past time to come in and be warm

Mr Tibby has been in disgrace latelly spraying inside the house so he's not allowed past the kitchen and he now has a bed in the laundry (amoung other places)
but here he is in the wild violets trying to improve his personal odour for daddy
this is one of his favourite spots as its in the shade of the lilly pilly tree20190914_114523.jpg

Poor Fred. He took it like the champ he is.

Bobby behaved. But wasn't pleased.

Or have we terrorized them into submission.:cry2:

Thanks Daisy. Praying all we are doing will help them and provide them with a cure. All these months of torture and I am hoping it isn't for naught. ::)

My poor old girlie is showing signs of age :(2 Had to take her to the vet yesterday as she’d started hobbling. The vet says she’s got arthritis in both shoulders, and has back pain. :cry2:

She’s on restricted exercise, 5-10 minutes a day, and a new anti inflammatory. We’ll see how things go, and have a follow up in 2 weeks.

We bought her another bed today, as she has a habit of going in to the kitchen and throwing herself down on the hard travertine floor.

She likes it!

@Austina, I know...my heart has been so heavy over the loss of your sweet Dottie...and I know you are suffering so much...sending you lots of love and comfort XOXOX

@Austina I am so very sorry and as Junie writes our hearts are heavy. The loss of Dottie is devastating. I hope you can find comfort in the wonderful life you gave her and shared with her. Sending you gentle hugs and much love.

“The risk of love is loss, and the price of loss is grief. But the pain of grief is only a shadow when compared with the pain of never risking love.”

Now mind you she has an entire sectional to sprawl out on but instead she drapes herself over the back. How comfortable can that possibly be?!
