I need name suggestions! About a month ago I started fostering a dwarf rabbit. As with all animals that I foster, she will be a failed foster aka I’m keeping her. Now she needs a name. She’s kind of haughty. If she doesn’t like something she picks it up and throws it away like “get it out of my sight”. I’m trying to think of a good ladies who lunch name like Muffy or Mitzi. Any suggestions are welcome!

Matilda!

Though I like Buffy too.

Hmm or Tiffany. Ladies who lunch and bringing in the bling too.

I have 3 foster kittens that just got spay-neutered this week and will be up for adoption. They went from this:

To this below. Leisel, the white kitten, is going to be a foster fail. I can't say goodbye to her. Everyone else I can and will cry, but I can't bring myself to give her up.

I love them all :love::love: Omg, that gray kitty's sweet face...

this morning i let Borris out, said hello to our pet stray asleep on the clothes horse and left the back door open waiting for him to come in for his morning cuddle
i waited and waited, then i thoight oh well he must be enjoying the sun
a few hours latter i looked out the back door and Borris was on her chair but guarding the steps so poor Tibby - who is 4 times bigger than little Ms Princess Borris, could not get inside to his breakfast
i did some emergency gardening of the cape goosberries that were growing over his side of the steps and he zoomed inside in a blur to get to his breakfast
i never got my norning cuddle

This is my newest addition, Tucker. His precious family rehomed him due to aggression issues but he wasperfectly fine with us once he settled in. His favorite spot to sleep is in my husband’s arms (as shown). He’s a big drama queen. I’m so happy we got him. His prior family fed him cheap food, let him eat balloons, and didn’t neuter him. We got him neutered ASAP which seemed to help some other health issues he was having. He recently tore a ligament in his knee and might have surgery for that soon. We’re waiting to see if it improves per vet orders but I’m preparing for surgery. He’ll have to do some aquatic treadmill physical therapy after and I already know he’ll be very upset about it. He’s a huge complainer...

Aww what a sweetie. And how wonderful you rescued him and are giving him a great home. Good luck with his potential upcoming surgery and I hope if he needs to have it that it goes well and that he makes a full and easy recovery.

Aww Ollie B is such a sweet baby. We have an Oliver too. Did you know (I did not know this til after we named Oliver) that Oliver is the most popular cat name? LOL I had no clue. And that Fred (our 17 year old cat) is also one of the most popular names. I did not know that either but of course we named him in 2002 so it wasn't popular then. I will admit when I found out Oliver was the most popular name after we named our newest addition I wanted to rename him but we didn't. Our first name choice for Oliver was Stanley but my parents objected as my dad's name is Stanley. Oh well.

Our little Oliver aka Ollie aka Patient Zero

Missy, I didn't know that about the name Oliver. I just love the name and thought it suited him. My girls (and sister-in-law, who connected us to him) like it, too. And I really like calling him Ollie.

Your Oliver is a cutie pie!

Years ago, we had a cat named Max. I learned quickly after that Max is, or at least was 22 years ago, one of the most popular pet names. By that time, my then 2 year old had already learned to call him that, or rather; Mahhhhx, so there was no going back. Besides, Max suited that sweet boy, too.
And our dogs are Heidi and Rosie, more common pet names. I guess we just aren't original here. If you look at my jewelry, I like classics, there, too. :)

But it sure is fun having a kitten again, I'd forgotten how much energy they have!

our stray (now pet tom cat Tibby) has just learnt if he isn't all that keen on his dinner if he waits a few minutes and looks hungry enough a different flavour will be forthcoming

I have to tell you guys the story of this chair.

Back when I was pregnant with our youngest we bought an upholstered swivel rocker for his room. I LOVE this chair and had moved it into the living room. Well, when we got Dexter he decided to use it as a scratching post and then it developed this awful squeak which annoys DH. Finally decided to go out and find a replacement and found this Dutailer glider for $40, needs new cushions but otherwise perfect. I sat in it for two nights.

We had moved the old chair outside for bulk pickup but on the second night I was really missing the old squeaky torn up chair. So I said to DH "I want my old chair back" and hauled it back in. Well now we have an extra chair we don't need, I planned on throwing it on Facebook Marketplace but Dexter has taken a liking to it. So essentially we bought the cat his own chair this weekend :lol-2:

adorable !
good for Dextor
we had a similar story but the chair stayed on the varander
when we moved we moved ourselves and we brought Borris' chair with us so she had something fimilar to come home from the cattery to
considering it was our old cat Tinky's chair, it was pretty much worn out from being out in the sun
we must have looked like the Clampets with this old chair stuck on top of the trailer

Borris is outside in the backyard sitting on it now, it gets the full weather here so its much the worse for wear - so no picture
when it gives up the ghost we might just have to go to a garage sale and find her a new old chair

Clearly if I sell the chair the cats will probably have to go with it :lol-2:. You believe this though? Something about it, maybe we should name it Mary!

I just wanna squeeze in there between those two furry kitties!
When I had two cats they never liked each other enough to lay together like that! So sweet.

:kiss2: Aaw, they are so cute all snuggled up together!

Have you tried WD-40 on the squeaky chair?
