Hi. I am having a hard time uploading an image from desktop to use as my image. After I click the upload button, it says an error has occured and to contact the system administrator. What does that mean??

Are you within the size limitations?

Also, rename the file to something very strange, like xhdhkdjkd33 and see if it works.

Thanks! How do I resize it? I don''t remember seeing that as an option. I will try to rename the file. I don''t know why I am having such a hard time with these pics?!

To resize, you need to use a program on your computer. I use the software that came with my Kodak digital camera, but a lot of people use photoshop.

If you right click on your file for the picture and click on "Properties" you should be able to see the size of the file. It needs to be under 100kb I believe, and often, anything close, like 95.4kb still won''t work.

And of course, once you try to upload a file with the name "X" and for some reason it doesn''t work, you need to rename it. So for me, I just keep going Xa, Xab, Xac, depending on how many times I screw it all up!! LOL

Another way to resize your pics is when you select it to email does it ask you what size to compose it as? That is one way I was able to easily change the size then I would just drag it to my desktop. Do you use iphoto by any chance?
