Re-Proposing to a married lady?

In honor of Valentine''s day (our first married one, at that), I have a question for all. Right now I''m having my two year old radiant stone reset into a custom setting from WF (just received the CADs today), and I am seriously wanting to make my husband re-propose.

Would it be odd to ask my fantastically sweet and giving husband to make a romantic evening of it, and propose to his old ball and chain again?

Nothing odd about it...it is a great idea and you really should make it a tradition ...every year.

And there is no harm in requesting it. A happy wife is a happy home. But it can''t be all about you...what would make him happy? Then trade it. You know it is a give an take...barter baby!

SDL, funny you should mention that! I just bought him a new wedding band, but I gave it to him already! I am so not a good gift giver. So, along with a new pair of Ray-Ban Sunglasses, a new wedding band and a new Tiger Woods playstation game, I''ll out of ideas! Any suggestions?

He may already have the intention himself. When I upgraded, DH had written out wedding vows to say to me when he put the new ring on my finger.

Somethingshiny, that is a very good point! He is typically romantic, so here''s hoping we''ll use our season Disneyland passes to get reengaged when the ring comes in (that''s where we first got engaged 3/31/06)!
