Boy, I cannot get a representative picture of these beauties.

I ordered these Namibian stones, 4.5mm each, when I was getting all charged up looking for colored stone sides for my mahenge. These arrived today and they sparkle beyond belief!

The color is a bright minty/grass green. There is no olive tone to them until I try to take a picture. I posted the vendor shot because it is the most representative of what I see. I have NO idea what I''ll do with the, but playing with them sure is fun!

They''re very pretty Uppy! Maybe earrings?

Here''s the best I could do with my camera.

I''m a really simple earring girl. It''s either my diamond studs or the vintage rose cut dangle I have.

I feel your pain uppy! It''s a real challenge to take photos that represent their beautiful green color and sparkle accurately.

Olive and yellow find their way into the photo.

Since you won''t be using them as sidestones for your mahenge you should just send them to me.

What about earrings? Sidestones for an OMC/OEC diamond?

Or get more and have a 5 or 7 stone band?

Here they are next to a small pad I have. The top photo, left stone, is the closest to what I see in reality.

I love the dementoids! I think they''d be great set in platinum, but hey, even cobblestones look great in platinum. With the omc. They undermine the delicacy of the pad. I see that pad more at home with merelani mints or those minty afghan tourmalines or haloed with old cut chrysoberyls, pale pale greenish yello ones.

Wow, what a pretty pair!

Lovely! I''d set it as a small three stone band.

Very pretty.

Very pretty! earrings?

lovely stones! :)

Absolutely lovely

Very pretty. I like them with the diamond. I would certainly use them as sidestones. Or perhaps as part of a pendant.

Very bright & beautiful!

Super sparkly and would look great as sidestones or even earrings because the dispersion is a sure bet for catching attention.

Lovely stones.

Very pretty Uppy! I understand your dilemma, as I have two cute little trillion tsavorites and can''t decide what to put in the middle. I want a stone with come color, but I don''t usually like multicolor rings (which is why I''m glad you decided on side diamonds for you Mahenge).

What about a yellow center stone that compliments the green of the demantoids?

Those are just LOVELY!! Too bad that earrings are out. I''d do a ring maybe with an orange center? Or if you''re more traditional find another Dematoid or a colorless Sapphire or Zircon. That''s if a lovely diamond isn''t an option.

Very pretty Uppy. It''s so difficult to find demantoids that don''t look or shift olive.

nice..hard to do the greens.no worries..your minty green descrip. gives me a good mental picture..do they twinkle like crazy?
