reception costs?

Hi ladies!

I was wondering what y''all have found the different costs for a reception to be ... I am planning a reception and have thought only of:
-venue costs
-catering
-drinks
-live music
-invitations

I am planning a rather casual reception at a different date than the actual wedding ceremony, so I wasn''t necessarily planning on having lots of flowers, fancy guest favors, etc....just a casual time for everyone to celebrate. If I am forgetting anything, please let me know!

here are a few other things. they may or may not apply...

some venues include linens and place settings, but others don''t so you may need to factor that in.
depending on the chairs you may need/want chair covers, though if it''s going to be casual you probably don''t.
not all caterers include a cake so you may have bakery costs.
if you''re going to have a sit down dinner you may want place cards (not a big expense, but still an expense).
guest book or plate or mat for people to sign.
a second bouquet if you''re planning on throwing one.
candles or something to dress up the tables if you want.

just some thought. hope they help.
