recommend a vendor for a cushion or ascher citrine

ok, any recommendations on vendors to look at before I start trolling every single vendor in the list?

I would like it to face up around 14mm x 14 mm I'm kinda squarish girl, that's why I specified those cuts. I don't care for rectangles or ovals as much (they are lovely just not this time)
