Recommendations for 8*11 oval

I recently bought this ring https://loupetroop.com/listings/rin...h-vs-diamonds-with-11x8mm-harro-dbl-rose-oval and *love* the setting but not as big on the rose cut and want to replace it with a colored stone. Has anyone come across an 8*11 oval they loved? I'm open to any type/color of stone and flexible on price. I do like blues but not tied to it. Thank you in advance!

That a pretty setting. 8x11 isn’t a standard size. You could consider to have one cut for you. I know that there is reasonably priced rough available to cut a gem of that size in blues like aqua, natural blue topaz and Cambodian blue zircon. I dont think it would be difficult for a faceter to source some.

You may need to talk to a cutter about what would look good with a shallow cut or if you need a cabochon b/c rose cuts are typically flat backed so a normal oval may not fit in your setting. Pretty ring!
