renewing vows

Hey all,
My hubby and I were married last year by a JP and this year we want to have a small church wedding. We trying to be inexpensive, we thought of making our own invitations. Does anyone have any ideas or sites I can check out on how to word this. I guess it''s renewing our vows?! Not sure.

Maybe something like Mr and Mrs suchandsuch invite you to join them as the recommit their love.... something along those lines.

I did a web search on ''vow renewal invitation wording'' and alot of web sits came up. They offer all sorts of advice on the subject.
