Repair ring?

I had a customer upset that the ring we sold him now looks like this ? He said all she does is type at work ?

He wanted to know if we mixed white gold in with the platinum to make the ring weak?

They think customer service is to belive all their stories and fix the item for free. Anything less then that is a store with poor customer service. Iceman does not play that game

Yikes, no doubt. Possibly the couple got in a fight and one of them drove over it w/their car!?! lol

One time my ex-bf had one of my rings in his pocket (front) and he sat on it and it looked a lot like that... Unless she was pounding it against a flat surface (angry?) Maybe she has some nervous tick and keeps banging against the table...

Hi Iceman!

Wow! That ring looks horrible! How long did the customer have this ring? It definately looks like they damaged it on their own. It looks all stretched out! Good luck with your customer.
