Resizing an eternity band?

Hello All! ( I posted this in the wrong forum earlier!)

How easy/ difficult would it be to resize (shrink) a pave eternity band? I was looking at this ebay auction:

I''m roughly a 5.75 and it is a size 6 1/8.

Any help would be great!

someone asked about sizing in this thread. the michael b rings can be size 1/4 to 1/2 a size..
