Rough Natural ruby/Sapphire

My uncle and I found some very nice stones in Western Carolina. 25ct and larger. I know little of nothing about the gemstone main Street could someone please help me to get these stones certified or sold?

You’ll need to find both a gemmologist to confirm they are corundum and then a gem cutter to assess the material as to its suitability for facetting in gemstones.
If you contact a local jeweller they may have contacts that can help you.

if you post up some photos of the rough crystals with a light source behind one of the more experienced PSers might be able to offer an opinion.
