This photo is from the June 3, 2019 State Dinner held at Buckingham Palace in honor of the Trumps. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is flanked by President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump of the United States.

"The Queen arrived wearing a Burmese ruby and diamond tiara, paired with a ruby and diamond necklace, both of which are part of a suite of jewels crafted by Garrard. The tiara features 96 rubies that were a gift to the Queen from the people of Burma. In 1973, the Queen commissioned House of Garrard to create a tiara out of these pieces. Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall wore a sparkling Diamond Boucheron tiara for the occasion."

There are better photos of her at a state dinner in October, 2018 when the royal family was hosting a banquet in honor of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. At that dinner as well as this one the Duchess wore her favorite Greville (or Boucheron) Honeycomb tiara, which was also a favorite of The Queen Mother.
