RSVP Wording

So i have done some searches and all the other posts regarding RSVP wording to eliminate unwanted guests were really helpful (our venue holds 125 max and we are inviting about 126...so the space is not too crowded our optimal number would be 100 people attending)

Anyway, I found a RSVP on another website and I really liked the wording. What do you think?!? I''m hoping its not too confusing
