Ruby and diamond wedding band

Whiteflash calls this a right hand ring, but do you think I could wear it with the Vatche U 113? I already have a real wedding band - a 1.50 ct 5 stone I wear on the right hand most of the time - but I think the engagement ring is looking lonely and I don't want another diamond band that looks very similar to my 5 stone. I have a July birthday and thought this might be fun?

I love the WF band and someone on PS had it before. I love the idea of incorporating your birthday stone - happy upcoming birthday! I would totally try it out with your beustiful e-ring and see if you like it. If not, you can always return the band.
