Sapphire rough. Help

Hello everyone. I'm brand new to gems and diamonds. I have recently got into this. And would like to learn more if you guys could help. I know that the clearer the stone the better. But I have recently acquired a sapphire rough it's blue but when light is shown through its pinkish. Would it be worth cutting or just keep it like it is. Thanks

Keep as is. Facet-grade sapphire rough should look more like glass. Transparent and relatively free of inclusions.

Your rough is opaque (generously translucent).
