Sapphires or scam?

Hello, what do you think of this ebay seller called gemscopious18 and his certifications?

I bought a certified stone and I managed to verify online the certificate but got no answer when I tried contacting the lab, I get that it's probably low quality but I don't want a piece of glass.
So what do you think?

Hmmmm. Treatment: inclusion of heating. Sounds very dodgy to me. It looks glassy as well, with bubbles? in there. Maybe it's glass-filled, with not much sapphire left.

It certainly looks fishy.

The certs are suspicious. AGS laboratories grade diamonds, and even then, the reports cost more than the stones. They aren’t even worth sending to a lab.

If you want reasonably priced stones, I suggest mastercutgems in the “recommended vendor” list. Dana is very transparent about his stones. Multicolored is also a good place to look.

What absolute rubbish! No such “Gem” exists!
It is slag glass.
The seller seems to be selling various hunks of slag glass as gemstones, others are treated and dyed to the nth degree. Absolutely nothing of “gem” quality, all junk. Fortunately the prices are equally low but still overpriced. Stuff is worth $0.

I've seen eBay users selling certificates that map to a lab's website -- invariably in India or some other place -- and the "lab" has a half-finished website and the gemstone is obviously fake. I saw emeralds like this all over eBay last year and sadly, they had made their way onto Etsy, with sellers either flipping the colored glass or selling gross creations while touting the certificate.

Bron is right. Not worth $0. Maybe you'll get a paperweight out of the deal.

Some of their trapiche emeralds look seriously fake as if they have been painted on.
