Save The Date printing frustration...grrrr...

Hey peeps,

Just wanted to vent a little...we finished designing our Save the Dates and got ready to start printing onto the 5 x 5 cards we got from Paper Source. No matter what I do, i cannot get the printer to recognize the paper!! I have done everything I can! I need to call the HP people tomorrow...
Anyone have an HP Photosmart c6100 series and can help out?? hehe i am desperate! They are already like 2 months overdue!

I don''t have that printer but are you 100% the card stock isn''t too thick for your printer?

the card isnt very thick and it feeds through completely without printing and then says "incorrect paper size" or something....

I work with thank you cards at work I have to print out everyday, they are such a pain. However there is a setting for thickness size, at work they are thick 2. Also there is different page sizes and again the one I am familiar with the size B6 I am not sure what a 5 by 5 would be.
