I have made peace with it. When I don''t closely a--l retentively examine it - it looks really nice.
When I have Leon make my wedding band I''m going to ask him to clean up a few spots.
I don''t really want to send it back just yet.

I like the way it is not set very high and the shoulder taper so nicely up to the prongs.
This is a setting I will file away in my "Ideas" folder!

It is set really low, just high enough for a band to slip right under the head.
Leon says that he prefers to set stones as low as possible.
It turned out very nicely, I don't whack it on anything and it doesn't get in the "way".

The taper is really subtle isn't it.
I told leon 2.2mm thick and he did the rest.

Honestly, I never paid that much attention to Leon Mege because my taste tends towards a more streamlined look. But, between your ring and kristydarling's ring, he is now on my favorites list.

I especially love the 'low as possible' setting thing he does so well!
