anyone making one after the wedding/honeymoon?

i am not engaged yet but hopeful still- and i probably will do one. the thing is i have stuff from a year ago to add to my now-in-progress scrapbook. i have lots of catching up to do.

My FMIL is really into scrapbooking, so she''ll be making us something after the wedding. I''m looking forward to it because she does such a good job- and I don''t have to do the work

I make my friend''s scrapbooks as a part of their wedding gift. My friends returned the favor for me. So hopefully I can add some pages with a few photos from the wedding.

I actually like the clean look of the snapfish.com memory books better. They are not hard to make...not that expensive and look really professional.

My friend did my guest book with photos taken at the reception & little notes that people wrote on special journal paper. She took all the pictures/notes home and scrapbooked it. We threw in some wedding pictures so now I have the best of both worlds.

I am not married yet, but I will definitely do a scrap book from our honeymoon.
We went on a cruise in 2003 and I made a fabulous scrap book just from that trip.
I use ribbon, scarpbooking tacks and fun lettering. Since it was a cruise I used bright card stock and a select few of novelty stickers- like a cruise ship on the first page and a few palm trees here and there. I LOVE IT!

For a honeymoon I will probably make it fun like that too.

I am also doing a scrap book for a friend whose wedding I took photos at. I am going to incorporate hot pink satin ribbon (her bm dresses were black with hot pink accents) on black card stock pages with silver and pearl buttons. Very simple, very elegant, but fun too. I will mostly use black and white photos and only a few colored images here and there.

I recommend scrapbooking fun. I LOVE IT!
