Sending stone from cutter to jewellery vendor

A stupid question! Do I just need to inform the cutter the company name and address of the jewellery vendor? Anything else I need to do?

That's what I've done when I've sent a stone from either a rough vendor to a gem cutter or from a gem cutter to a jeweler. I usually do a 3 way email or private message as well to be sure everyone is understanding
