Just curious how far along on the planning you are.

So far, I have done ollowing:
Church booked
Reception site booked
Photographer booked
Wedding gown ordered
Bridal party selected
Chose a potential bridesmaid dress
Booked hair salon for bridesmaids and me to get our hair done the day of

I still need to:
Book a limo
Book a DJ
Book a videographer
Choose invitations
Choose flowers
Choose centerpieces
Find rehearsal dinner site
Coordinate the day-after brunch
Find a salon for mani-pedis the day before
Have bridesmaids fitted for dress
Get shoes for my dress

Am I missing anything?

I got married 10-1-05, the day before your 06 wedding!!! I wasn''t even officially engaged this time last year, he popped the question on 12-8-05...so your ahead of the game. I had a lovely wedding with 10 months to plan...you will be fine ! Good Luck

You seem to be doing great! My fiance and I are planners so here is what we have already done: Our wedding is October 13th, 2006
Reception site booked
Church booked
Pastor chosen
DJ Booked
Florist booked (still need to do specifics but she has the deposit)
Photographer booked (took engagement pictures this past sunday)
Videographer booked
Wedding bands designed
Makeup artist and hair stylist chosen
Rehearsal dinner location (my parents house) and caterers chosen (doing our tasting in 2 weeks)
Dress, veil, tiara, purchased
Bridesmaid dress picked out (got the fabric swatch of the color we are using a few months ago, that is helpful when you are picking out other stuff)
First dance song chosen
Suite booked for myself the night before the wedding and our wedding night suite booked
Room block at the hotel we are having the reception at booked
Bakery where our cake will be made chosen
Finalize the reception menu
Favors chosen (cute shamrock seeds for luck, our wedding is on a Friday the 13th, hehe)

Still need to do:
Day after brunch like yourself
Pick out exact invitations (my mom and her friends are awesomely talented at stamping so they are custom making ours)
Shoes and wedding day jewelry
Limo
He needs to ask two more groomsmen to be in the wedding

We signed the contract last night. That monkey is off my back. Now it''s time to get planning!

I think that Milly is also set for that date.
