Setting height for diamond with 3.43mm depth?

Hi! Been trawling through the threads looking for advice on setting heights but haven’t been able to find exact details in millimetres so here goes - what would be examples of low/medium/high solitaire setting heights in mm for a RB diamond with 3.43mm depth?

Any details and photos on your setting heights in mm along with the depth of your stone if possible are also very much welcome! TIA!

My ring is 7mm high, my diamond is 3.88mm. Not sure if this is considered medium or high?
